About
Building the systems that turn individual potential into inclusive national progress.
Potential is universal. Systems should be too.

VISION
To enable a future where technology, people, and policy work together to unlock human potential, remove systemic barriers, and ensure that economic progress is inclusive, resilient, and built on the full participation of society.
MISSION
Pivot Project unites communities, organisations, and governments to build integrated skills systems that turn disruption into direction, expand inclusive opportunity, and translate individual potential into measurable national progress.

the framework
Our Principles
Pivot Project is guided by four operating principles. These principles guide how we build. They shape how we design systems, measure impact, and make sure progress includes everyone.
01
Potential is Universal
Everyone has a pivot. Not just the experienced. Not just the confident. Not just the well-connected. Systems should be built to find talent wherever it exists.
02
Inclusion = Innovation
Inclusion is not a side outcome. It drives better ideas, fairer technology, and stronger results. When more voices participate, performance improves.
03
Build to Compound
Built well, systems accelerate. Each person who finds their pivot makes the next pathway clearer and more accessible.
04
Evidence Drives Systems
What we learn from every pivot should strengthen the system. Insights must reduce barriers, expand access, and improve outcomes at scale.
Our Pillars
Inclusion is our foundation. Progress only works when access is expanded, voices are heard, and opportunity is designed to reach those systems often overlook.

Skills & Empowerment
We begin with the person. Clear direction. Relevant skills. Real pathways. We help people discover their pivot and build the capabilities that lead to meaningful work.

Innovation & Creativity
Diverse participation produces better solutions. We create spaces where different generations, backgrounds, and abilities collaborate to solve real problems.

Systems & Resilience
Strong systems convert talent into opportunity. We align institutions, employers, and communities so individual progress strengthens the broader economy.
